Does taking protein powder, bar, etc. help a lot after working
out or is it just as good to eat some food that is decently

I believe working out with another human is extremely beneficial.
Especially the opposite gender. The way it releases tes
for men and helps motivate women is exponential.
Thats why i am hopping to find a women to work out with on this
