There are diffrent forms of cheating, there is the physical
form, and the emotional form. If you confide in some one
other than your spouse any problems you are having it's
cheating, even if it's about them. I a relationship
it take two to have open comunicatoins. Emotional infedlity
can be just as bad as the physical cheating that normaly
