Hello everyone, I am a new member here (standard) I would

Getting divorced 7.4.2004
My husband came home last Wednesday and told me that he wanted
a divorce. We have 2 . He is being a real dick and
wants everything but the 's. I am packing up my 's
and moving out. Even though I married a real jerk I don't
think all men are the same. As soon as my divorce is final
I am going to go out and have some fun.

Sorry to hear about your problem.
If both your names are on the lease then you are both responsible
for paying the rent. If she doesn't pay her half you
can get a court order to move her out. If it's only your
name on the lease then it's even easier to get rid of
her. Either way, don't evict the premises (not sure
about PA laws) but in some states evicting the premises

What is it with nice guys, not being able to get rid of the

Completely Oblivious To His Cheating 14.3.2004
