In a market like this one may consider themselves a paying customer, or the product... maybe both. Those that come here that aren't paying customers are obviously the product. Some products have more draw than others. I've been on this site for years and have pulled 100's of thousands of points as gifts and such, all of which bring in revenue. Treating the product like shit isn't a great business model, in truth it just limits the offerings to paying customers. I expect there is a significant exodus of non paying members, and a perhaps even a few paying ones, with this new change to the site policy. Add on the incredible bugginess and lack of reliability, it's a wonder anyone pays at all.
