I do hand-rendered portraits from many of my (and occasionally other's) photographs. But you can be sure that I do indeed take my own photos from which to create my art and don't just grab stuff off the net. I also use the images for mixed media and animations pieces. Occasionally, I will accept requests for pencil portraits or collages from your own favourite (hi-res) photos (Ladies only).... or not. I do very much prefer to take my own photos for you but recognize that it's not always possible . I live and shoot in the greater Victoria BC Canada area with the option of doing over-nite out-trips and a spare room for out of town visitors. (There is a hotel down the block if that's preferred) If you're a woman who likes dressing-up for role-play acting in unusual, extreme or dramatic costumes then maybe we should get together and see what we can cum up with... In hard times, art and photography are usually the first the first casualties of the budget. In disasters... both natural and man-made ... they're the first things saved (after people... well... usually.) This isn't the high-pressure fashion model game (although you might use the images in your inet profiles or port folio if you choose) it's just "time exchanged for (digital) pics" kinda' fun...a chance to see a fantasy or two come to virtual life with you as the star. Maybe an inexpensive, leisurely getaway... a creative thing to do with someone else that may actually produce a treasure. It's certainly a lot of fun trying and more often then not , something really special has come from the attempts.
